1. Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Local Delivery (New Jersey): FREE for all orders
• Orders $100 or more: FREE standard shipping nationwide
• Orders under $100: $5 flat rate standard shipping

2. Processing Time

• Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
• PayPal Orders: Processed immediately upon payment confirmation
• WhatsApp Orders: Processed after payment confirmation (typically 1-2 days)
• Peak Seasons: May take 2-3 business days (holidays, sales events)

Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (USPS)

• New Jersey: 1-3 business days
• East Coast: 3-5 business days
• Midwest: 4-6 business days
• West Coast: 5-7 business days

Total Time = Processing (1-2 days) + Transit (3-7 days) = 4-9 business days

4. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for reliable, cost-effective delivery.

• USPS First Class (lightweight items)
• UPS/FedEx (large or heavy items)

5. Order Tracking

• Tracking Number: Provided via email and WhatsApp once shipped
• Track Your Order: Visit Track Order page
• USPS Tracking: tools.usps.com
• Updates: Receive shipping updates via WhatsApp/email

6. Shipping Address

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

• Include apartment/unit numbers
• Verify zip code
• Provide phone number for carrier contact
• We cannot modify address after order ships
• Incorrect address deliveries are customer responsibility

7. PO Boxes & Military Addresses

• PO Boxes: Accepted (USPS delivery only)
• APO/FPO/DPO: Accepted (allow 2-3 weeks for delivery)
• Military Addresses: Treated as domestic shipping

8. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:

1. Check with neighbors, household members, building management
2. Verify shipping address
3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
4. Contact us if still missing - we'll file carrier claim

Damaged Packages

• Inspect package upon delivery
• Take photos of damage
• Contact us immediately (within 48 hours)
• We'll arrange replacement or refund

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Peak holiday seasons
• Incorrect address
• Customs (international)

We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in tracking.

9. Order Modifications

• Before Shipping: Contact us within 24 hours to modify order
• After Shipping: Cannot modify - follow return process upon delivery
• Address Changes: Must be made within 24 hours of order

10. Local Delivery (New Jersey)

For customers in New Jersey, we offer FREE local delivery:

• Coverage Area: New Jersey statewide
• Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
• Contactless Delivery: Available upon request
• Delivery Instructions: Add special instructions at checkout

11. International Shipping

Currently, we ship primarily within the United States. International shipping may be available on request:

• Customer pays customs/duties
• Delivery time: 2-4 weeks
• No free shipping on international orders

12. Signature Confirmation

• High-Value Orders ($200+): May require signature
• Request Signature: Available upon request (additional fee)
• Delivery without Signature: Released to carrier discretion

13. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

• We'll contact you to verify address
• Reship at no charge if our error
• Customer pays reshipping if their error
• Refund issued if customer declines reshipment (minus original shipping)

14. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

• Freight forwarders (in most cases)
• Countries under trade restrictions
• Locations we cannot verify
